Howley Souhan Estate Agents cannot do enough for me or my family. After looking for a home for so long we finally found a home with the help of David Souhan. I don't know how the agency is in general, but the agent Janet Micks is great and helped me with everything possible, with any question I had she answered and solved it immediately. I'm glad it was Janet who helped me.

David has been nothing short of amazing, being new to renting out property, there are lots of things to consider and ensure are done right. We selected David after interviewing a few agents, he is knowledgeable about property and the locale, made everything so seamless and communicated really clearly and was incredibly responsive. We feel like we hit the jackpot with them and thankfully made the decision to have them manage the letting too. David had our property rented in 2 weeks and we had a selection of tenants to choose from, they thoroughly checked references and we are really happy with the tenants we have as a result! We highly recommend them for your letting needs- you won’t be disappointed!
