David Souhan holds a BSC (Hons) Property Management & Valuation (Auctioneering) degree from the University of Glamorgan accredited by the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). With over 15 years working in some of the largest Property agencies in Dublin he has gained extensive market knowledge in the residential sector to include Sales, Lettings, property Management & Valuations (Financial Institutions & legal valuations).

Janet Micks BSc(Surv), MSCSI/MRICS

Sales Negotiator

Janet possesses more than 20 years experience in the property field, 17 of which have been in a managerial capacity. She specialises in Sales, Letting, Valuations, new developments as well as land and property acquisitions. She covers the regions of Dublin City and county, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. Janet is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
