Please complete the below form prior to move out inspection to ensure no issues with utility transfer at end of tenancy & deposit return (subject to move out inspection & contract terms & conditions).
Please note the property MUST be returned in spotlessly clean condition including:
- Floors are hoovered/mopped (as appropriate), including underneath furniture.
- All kitchen worktop & cupboards (including inside) are cleaned.
- All tenants’ personal items are removed.
- Appliances (including oven/grill, hob, cooker hood, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave) are cleaned thoroughly (inside & outside)
- Fridge/Freezer is defrosted, emptied & cleaned thoroughly.
- All lightbulbs must be left in a working condition.
- Inventoried items removed/dismantled/moved during the tenancy must be restored/repaired or replaced with similar
