Her journey in real estate commenced with a role on a property sales team, transitioning to the lettings team at Howley Souhan, where she deepened her knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and having accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality sector before venturing into real estate, Colene takes pride in her exemplary communication and teamwork skills.

David Souhan holds a BSC (Hons) Property Management & Valuation (Auctioneering) degree from the University of Glamorgan accredited by the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). With over 15 years working in some of the largest Property agencies in Dublin he has gained extensive market knowledge in the residential sector to include Sales, Lettings, property Management & Valuations (Financial Institutions & legal valuations).
