David Souhan holds a BSC (Hons) Property Management & Valuation (Auctioneering) degree from the University of Glamorgan accredited by the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). With over 15 years working in some of the largest Property agencies in Dublin he has gained extensive market knowledge in the residential sector to include Sales, Lettings, property Management & Valuations (Financial Institutions & legal valuations).
Sales Negotiator
Janet possesses more than 20 years experience in the property field, 17 of which have been in a managerial capacity. She specialises in Sales, Letting, Valuations, new developments as well as land and property acquisitions. She covers the regions of Dublin City and county, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.<br /> Janet is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Office Manager
Colene holds the role of office manager, overseeing operations across all Howley Souhan branches, backed by an extensive background of more than seven years in the property sector. Her journey in real estate commenced with a role on a property sales team, transitioning to the lettings team at Howley Souhan, where she deepened her knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and having accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality sector before venturing into real estate, Colene takes pride in her exemplary communication and teamwork skills.
Accounts Administrator
Karen is the Accounts Administrator, based in the Perrystown Office. Holding a Bachelor of Accountancy in México, Karen is continuing her studies with the ACCA & currently holds a diploma in Advanced Bookkeeping & Payroll. Karen assists our lettings & accounts team with reporting and accounting for both client and tenant.
Property Admin
Karen holds down the fort at the Rathgar office front of house, delivering administration support to the lettings and property management team. With over 20 years in the property industry, Karen's the seasoned pro who adds a dash of expertise and a whole lot of fun to the mix.
Property Maintenance Admin
Front of house in our Perrystown office, Jamie-Louise manages our busy maintenance department and liaises with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure our clients get the best service at the most cost efficient prices.
