I acquired a rental property and secured a lease over two years ago with Howley Souhan, they provided excellent service during that time and serviced all my needs as a tenant.

They offered me another property when my landlord issued a notice to quit. Looking for a home is stressful, finding a home is extremely difficult, Howley Souhan took the stress and anxiety out of the equation.

David has been nothing short of amazing, being new to renting out property, there are lots of things to consider and ensure are done right. We selected David after interviewing a few agents, he is knowledgeable about property and the locale, made everything so seamless and communicated really clearly and was incredibly responsive. We feel like we hit the jackpot with them and thankfully made the decision to have them manage the letting too.
