David Souhan holds a BSC (Hons) Property Management & Valuation (Auctioneering) degree from the University of Glamorgan accredited by the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). With over 15 years working in some of the largest Property agencies in Dublin he has gained extensive market knowledge in the residential sector to include Sales, Lettings, property Management & Valuations (Financial Institutions & legal valuations).

Janet Micks BSc(Surv), MSCSI/MRICS

Sales Manager

Janet possesses more than 20 years experience in the property field, 17 of which have been in a managerial capacity. She specialises in Sales, Letting, Valuations, new developments as well as land and property acquisitions. She covers the regions of Dublin City and county, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.<br /> Janet is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Office Manager

Colene holds the role of office manager, overseeing operations across all Howley Souhan branches, backed by an extensive background of more than seven years in the property sector. Her journey in real estate commenced with a role on a property sales team, transitioning to the lettings team at Howley Souhan, where she deepened her knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and having accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality sector before venturing into real estate, Colene takes pride in her exemplary communication and teamwork skills.

Emma is a key member of the team, bringing a wealth of experience across two important sectors. Her background in both construction and healthcare gives her a unique perspective and expertise, which is valuable for supporting both the lettings and accounts teams in their work.

Holly began her career at Howley Souhan in the maintenance department, gaining extensive hands-on experience in property upkeep and operational management in maintenance. This role provided a strong foundation in problem-solving, tenant relations, and the practical aspects of property management. Demonstrating a keen interest in the lettings side of the business, Holly successfully transitioned into a letting agent role, where she now specialize in matching tenants with the right properties and supporting landlords in securing reliable occupancy. By combining a practical maintenance background with a client-focused approach to lettings, Holly offers a comprehensive understanding of property management, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism in every aspect of their work

Senior Property Administrator

Jamie-Louise is a key figure at Howley Souhan, with a broad and evolving role in the company. Starting as a property maintenance administrator, overseeing maintenance in over in a large number of properties, showcasing her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Transitioning to a senior role allowed her to broaden her understanding and dive deeper into the property industry. Her journey from handling maintenance to overseeing office operations shows she's both adaptable and passionate about her work and is continuing to evolve.

Property Maintenance Administrator

Odran began his career in property through a real estate apprenticeship, where he gained a solid grounding in sales, valuations, and client care. He then spent two years working in real estate, building on that experience and learning what it takes to help clients navigate the property market. He is now front of house in our Perrystown office, coordinating property maintenance and supporting both landlords and tenants. His background in lettings, sales and valuations gives him a broad perspective, allowing him to combine practical property knowledge with day-to-day management tasks.
