With over 15 years working in some of the largest Property agencies in Dublin he has gained extensive market knowledge in the residential sector to include Sales, Lettings, property Management & Valuations (Financial Institutions & legal valuations).

Colene holds the role of office manager, overseeing operations across all Howley Souhan branches, backed by an extensive background of more than seven years in the property sector. Her journey in real estate commenced with a role on a property sales team, transitioning to the lettings team at Howley Souhan, where she deepened her knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and having accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality sector before venturing into real estate, Colene takes pride in her exemplary communication and teamwork skills.

Karen assists our lettings & accounts team with reporting and accounting for both client and tenant.
